Decree of the Realm IV - Adoption of Gross National Happiness

The Executive Office of Calsahara hereby decrees that Calsahara shall adopt the Gross National Happiness Index first developed by the Kingdom of Bhutan.

A survey, based upon the one created by Bhutan's government, but modified to suit the unique national outlook of our people, shall be conducted among the population of Calsahara to determine their overall level of happiness and thereby establish a concrete figure for the Realm's happiness as a whole.
